This program developed by Lauren Hebert, PT has been proven to have dramatic reductions in worker's compensation claims and related costs by an average of seventy percent after the first year of implementation. This program meets the criteria mandated by the final ergonomic standard therefore all IMPACC users will be in compliance. Components of the program include:

Work Risk Analysis….. Includes a biomechanical description of the employee while performing a specific job, a list of observed risks, and cost effective corrective recommendations.

Management Training….. Trains managers and supervisors a wide scope of effective strategies for reducing claims and costs. The first class concentrates on the neck and arm with the second-class concentrating on the back.

Employee Training….. Teaches employees techniques and basic concepts of how to take care of themselves during the workday. Stresses the fact that it is the employee's responsibility to take care of their self. First class concentrates on the neck and arm with second-class concentrating on the back.

Ergo Team Training….. Trains a select group of employees, managers, engineers, and maintenance to identify and analyze problem areas as an ongoing process. This team receives alerts from employees with problems and alleviates those problems before they become costly.
