SYLVAN HILL PHYSICAL THERAPY is owned by Dan R. Nafziger, PT. Dan has been a physical
therapist for 15 years and in business for himself for over 10 years. He has had
extensive training in work injury prevention, work place analysis and is currently
a provider of the IMPACC SYSTEM for the state of Oregon. The IMPACC SYSTEM of
Work Injury Prevention and Work Place Analysis has a long proven track record
of providing quality service to businesses and industries for over 12 years. As
of this fall, 1995, Dan will be able to do Functional Capacity Assessments, Functional
Job Analysis and Job Placement Assessments using the Key Method. This will allow
employers, casemanagers, attorneys and physicians to find out the safe working
abilities of the injured workers or potential employees.
In addition, Dan and his staff treat patients in the clinic with an emphasis
on manual therapy techniques and appropriate exercise programs designed to promote
long term functional independence.
