Sherman Center for Occupational Rehabilitation and Evaluation (SCORE) is the industrial rehabilitation program associated with Sherman Health Systems in Elgin, IL. CIS's overall approach to prevention and rehabilitation comes from a cost-containment, case management philosophy.
