JLT Therapeutic Services, Inc. was established in 1992 for the purpose of providing an holistic approach to Occupational Therapy. Since its inception, a variety of therapeutic services have been provided to a diverse client base. In order to continue to upgrade services, a Workplace Injury Prevention Consultation component was added. This program component focuses on providing services to industry and other workplace sites with a variety of services, including the IMPACC program, ergonomic management strategies, job and life coaching, workplace violence prevention, job burnout prevention, and other wellness programs.
JLT Therapeutic Services, Inc. evaluates each company's needs and bases services on the results of this assessment. It seeks to provide a cost-effective approach for dealing with Workplace Injury Prevention, while providing the customer with quality services. Contracting therapists provided to the worksite by JLT Therapeutic Services, Inc. are experienced in workplace injury prevention and will work with the site in developing a safe and effective program.
JLT Therapeutic Services, Inc. also utilizes a Wellness-Centered Concept, whereby the company is provided with a Wellness Model, which, when effectively used, increases the employees' overall productivity due to its inherent proactive components.
We are willing to work with smaller companies, including non-profit agencies, realizing the OSHA Guidelines continue to broaden and include a more varied workforce.
We are committed to providing services based on each company's individual needs, not a pre-packaged program. We listen to what you want and work with the company to develop a "Unique Plan of Action".
